WOLFIE
This is a story about Willy the Wolf
Who was known to be cunning and sly.
He tracked down three little pigs from the farm on the hill
And made two of them into tasty pork pies.
But the third little pig was too clever by far
And Willy passed out while huffing and puffing.
Because the clever little piggy had locked all his doors
And denied him his roast pork and stuffing.
So he decided to go on the prowl in the local wood
Where he met a young girl called Red Riding Hood.
She was going to visit her dear Old Grandma,
With a basket of flowers and a big chocolate bar.
Willy knew Granny’s cottage was deep in the wood,
So he set off at once to race Red Riding Hood.
When he knocked on the door Granny said, “come in my dear
It’s so nice to see you, why don’t you come up near”.
But when she saw it was Wolfie and not Red Riding hood
She jumped out of bed and ran out into the wood.
Sly Willy put on her nightie and got into bed as fast as he could
Waiting for the appearance of little Red Riding hood.
Red walked into Granny’s bedroom and started to say
“Oh Grandma! You’ve changed since this time yesterday”.
Your face is so thin and you’ve grown hairs on your chin
I’d better ring for the doctor and ask him to call in.
Now old Willy knew that he would have to act fast,
If he wanted to get little Red Riding Hood in his grasp.
The thought made him so excited he jumped out of bed,
Tripped over a rug and fell on his head.
So Red Riding Hood ran for her life out of the door,
Leaving Old Willy unconscious on the floor.
