IF ONLY
While laying in bed you let out a sigh
Your mind wanders back when libido was high
Recalling your teens and how it began
Stopped being a boy and becoming a man
You had to be shrewd and occasionally hide
From fathers of girls you wanted to ride
Into a chemist to check out the cost
for packets of three without looking lost
You start walking round pretending to browse
she’s looking at you, her suspicion aroused
confront her you must to get what you seek
the shop is still full, your chances are weak
The last one has gone and no-ones around
Walk to the counter and standing your ground
Your asking for Durex, a big pack of ten
She looks at you thinking, can he use all of them?
Starting to smile, she knows what you need
If you’re under age then she cannot proceed
Your sixteen next week, your starting to blush
Don’t look in her eyes, your cheeks are aflush
So, pay your money its worth it you know
Tonight is the night when your cherry will go
