GOBAL WARMING
It’s a funny Old World that we live in,
It gets funnier as time goes on by.
There’s many a day I wake up at dawn,
And I don’t know whether to laugh or cry.
Cos our weather as suddenly gone crazy,
Our winters bring us very little snow.
We’re not getting much fog in November,
And it’s mild when the north wind should blow.
It’s winter and our grass won’t stop growing.
So I’m feeling a little fed up and forlorn.
It’s a sunny Christmas day
And I have to mow the lawn.
The flowers in our gardens are puzzled,
They’re sprouting too early from the ground.
Birds are not migrating south to the sun,
They seem to prefer staying here all year round.
This changing climate that we live in,
The scientists say is an advanced early warning.
If we don’t plug up the hole in the ozone layer,
Our world will suffer from Global warming.
