FUNNY XMAS

It’s been a funny old Christmas
We’ve had no carol singers to sing
No roast chestnuts in the fire
And no church bell ringers to ring.
It’s been a funny old Christmas
We’ve had no ice or white snow
No angels on the Christmas tree
And no holly with red berries or mistletoe.
It’s been a funny old Christmas
For Santa has lost all his reindeers and sleigh
And poor Rudolphs nose had turned blue
So there were no presents on Christmas day.
It’s been a funny old Christmas
Because I forgot to buy the turkey too
Now if you believe a word about this Christmas
Then there’s no hope for you.
