FAVOURITE THINGS

I love days out, on sunny days
Country roads or seaside way.
Love to read my favourite book
While you give me that special look.
A thick duvet, a nice warm bed
Lovely bright colours, especially red.
Rocking chairs, grandma sat there
And of course my teddy bear.
Home made cooking, apple pies
Also a rainbow in the sky.
Bubbles floating through the air
Children laughing without a care.
A good night out, with family or friends
My favourite things, may they never end.
